My name is Allison Heitzinger.
I am a mama to 4 littles and an Occupational and Feeding Therapist. I received a Bachelors of Arts in Psychology from Seattle University in 2011 and my Masters of Science in Occupational Therapy from A.T. Still University in 2014. I have been in private practice working alongside families in Arizona ever since. I enjoy the opportunity to come alongside families and help their children reach their full potential through building their confidence, skills, knowledge, and functional capabilities. When I am not in the clinic I am joyfully in the trenches of motherhood and love to bake, play games, garden, hike, run, and try new adventures.
Hi, my name is Melissa McCormick and I am a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant. I graduated Summa Cum Laude from the Brown Mackie College Occupational Therapy Assistant Program. Hi, my name is Lora Stolz and I am a Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant. I graduated from Northern Arizona University with a BS in elementary education. I was an elementary teacher for 8 years in Northwestern Arizona and then I was a stay at home mom for 11 years. I went back to school to become an SLPA in 2013 at Estrella Mountain Community College and worked one year as that in a school setting, then taught 3rd grade last year at Imagine Rosefield. I found a love for speech therapy when my younger son needed early intervention and speech from ages 2-5.

Hi, my name is Allison Wean
I graduated from Nazareth College, in 2018 with my Doctorate in Physical Therapy. I have worked in multiple in-patient and out-patient settings in the past, but now focus on working with children at Sonoran Sun. I truly enjoy teaching and assisting children in reaching new achievements and abilities. From those learning to crawl and walk and those recovering from a surgery or injury. In my free time, I love hiking with my dog, traveling, and exploring the Arizona.
Hi, my name is Hannah and I am a Physical Therapist Assistant. Ever since I was little I’ve always wanted to work in the healthcare field. I also have a passion for working with children. I found my passion in Physical Therapy almost 4 years ago in a pediatric clinic. I was fortunate enough to get into a wonderful college, Pima Medical Institute, in 2017 and began my journey. I also have a deep love for the Theatre and enjoy singing and dancing in my spare time. I am hoping to incorporate singing and dancing with my treatments. I love working with kids to help them work towards their goals, so they can have the most fulfilling life possible!
Hi, I’m Ms. Jenna.
SLPA since 2019.
It’s not every person who discovers what they want to be when they grow up in their 40’s. But it sure was me! Helping children communicate their wants, needs and feelings gives me joy every day.
After years in Sales management and more years as a mom, I found my calling. Going back to school in your 40’s is no joke. It was worth every moment. I love my work and helping the families at Sonoran sun
My name is Rachel Perez.
I am happy to say I am the Patient Care Coordinator here at Sonoran Sun Pediatric Therapy. I was born in Pennsylvania, my family moved to Arizona when I was just 3 years old. I am married, with 2 daughters and 2 sons, as well as 2 grandbabies. I love to work with children. I worked in a developmental preschool for 10 years before joining the Sonoran Sun team. I enjoy spending time with my family, whether it’s a summer trip or just having dinner together.
My name is Paul Eancheff, but the kiddos call me Mr. Paul. I have been an SLPA at Sonoran since 2021. My previous work was something completely the opposite of what I do now and felt that I wasn’t fulfilling one of my life plans which is to help others. So, I decided to become an SLPA. I truly enjoy my job and accept any challenges. Knowing that I can help a child accomplish their goals, is an accomplishment for me.
I am surrounded by so many positive people including my family, peers, and wife, that I am forever grateful for their support. My wife encourages me to be myself, but always try to be a better version of me each day, and to always be the first one to say, “hello”. My dogs are my world and they have me wrapped around their paws.
I am thankful to have such an opportunity in making a difference. If I can help one child achieve and succeed, then I have found my purpose.
