Speech-Language Pathologist
Occupational Therapist
Physical Therapist

Master’s Degree in Speech and Hearing Sciences for Speech-Language Pathologist
Certificate of Clinical Competence from American Speech/Language Hearing Association
Licensed as a Speech Therapist in the state of Arizona
Must have pediatric experience
Pediatric experience with feeding is preferred but not required
Current CPR and First Aid card
Finger print clearance card
